高效液相-质谱法测定血浆雷米普利与雷米普利拉浓度 被引量：1

摘要 目的建立高效液相-质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)法测定血浆雷米普利和雷米普利拉浓度。方法含雷米普利和雷米普利拉的血浆样品,以依那普利为内标,用乙腈沉淀蛋白,流动相为0.1%甲酸溶液-乙腈(64:46),流速:0.2 mL.min-1,柱温45℃,采用HPLC-MS/MS法同时测定雷米普利和雷米普利拉浓度。结果雷米普利和雷米普利拉在2.5～200.0 ng.mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,日内和日间RSD<8%(n=6)。结论该方法具有良好的准确性、精密性,较高的灵敏度,操作简便、快速,适用于雷米普利和雷米普利拉血浆浓度监测。
