摘要
发展创新文化是我国现阶段经济社会发展的需要,也是经济增长模式转变的需要。创新文化建设成功与否,关系到民族进步、国家兴旺、党的生机,因而具有重要意义。
To develop creative culture is what the development of economy and society needs at the current stage in China; it is also what the transformation of economic growth mould needs. Whether the cultivation of creative culture will be successful or not relates significantly the progress of our nation,properity of our country and the vitality of the Party.
