Discussions on Material Supply Management from the Perspective of Standardization

分析了物资供应管理的现行做法,介绍了加强企业物资供应部门标准化工作的体会,并对石油企业物流管理中标准化必须解决好的几个问题进行了初步的探讨。

Based on the analysis of the present working methods of material supply management, an introduction is given to the experiences of strengthening standardization work in material supply departments of enterprises. Then, the primary exploration is carried out about several problems that should be solved in the aspect of standardization in the management of material flow of petroleum enterprises.
