摘要 本文对氢化物发生-ICP-AES中,HNO_3和HClO_4对氢化物发生的影响,多元素同时预还原和用HNO_3/HClO_4/HF混酸消解硅酸盐样品时分析元素在蒸发过程中的挥发损失等作了比较详细的研究。并将该方法应用于啤酒和岩石样品的分析。 Effect of HNO_3 and HClO_4 on hydride generation, multi-element pre-reduction and loss of analytes in HNO_3/HClO_4/HF evaporation process were studied in detail. The effect of HNO_3 and HClO_4 on hydride generation showed that it was necessary to remove the HNO_3 and HClO_4 completely in sample digistion. Otherwise the acid media of standards should match those of samples. The comparision of pre-reduction methods with and without KI showed that it was not necessary to use KI for pre-reduction of As (Ⅴ) and Sb (Ⅴ) to lower states if thiourea and ascorbic acid were dissolved in tetraborohydride solution. NO loss was found for As, Sb, Bi, Se, Te, and Sn with presence of matrix (Na, Fe, Al respectively), Se would loss magnificently with absence of matrix. The proposed method was applied to analyses of beers and rocks, and satisfactory results were obtained.
