摘要
通过对我国建筑部品在生产、使用及废弃等过程中的资源消耗、能源消耗、使用效能、环境影响、回收利用情况的相关调查与分析,完成了主要建筑部品基准指标的确定,并应用全生命周期方法进行了建筑部品综合评价相关基础工作的研究,建立了建筑部品的评价体系,提出了建筑部品绿色度的评价方法,并以墙体为例进行了实例分析.对五种墙体的绿色度从大到小进行了排序,通过理论和实例验证了该评价体系和评价方法是可行的.
Through investigation and analysis about the resource consumption, energy consumption, use efficiency, environmental influence and recycle of our country's construction parts in the processes of production, and recycling,ete. , we achieved the determination of the main construction parts benchmarking indictors, conducted a study on the concerned basic work of construction parts' synthesis assessment by the total life cycle method, established the assessment system of construction parts and proposed the assessment method of construction parts' green degree, by taking wall for a case study. At last, we rank the five kinds of walls according to their green degrees, so the proposed assessment system and method are testified to be feasible by theory and case study.
