摘要
通过分析变导程变升程螺杆零件的结构特点,采用含回转轴的数控铣削工艺,并基于FANUC-OMD系统编写了其数控加工宏程序.具体对变导程变升程螺杆的数控铣削加工宏程序开发的方法和技巧予以详细介绍.最后,加工实例表明该编程方法不仅能使变导程变升程螺杆的数控编程简捷,而且程序通用性强适合于变导程变升程螺杆系列化产品实现高效数控编程加工.
After analyzing the structure characters of a screw rod with changeable lead and lift range, based on FANUCOMD NC system, a practical NC macro program is written by using NC milling process technique with a rotary axis in the paper. The method and technique for developing macro program for NC milling a kind of screw rod with changeable lead and lift range in detail. Finally, a machining example shows that the macro programming method can make NC programming very easy and the macro program is universal, which can be suitable for NC milling a serial parts of screw rod with changeable lead and lift range with high efficiency.
