Many merits of VHDL language in EDA were discussed.Combining the developed instance of timer/counter interface chip,the applications of ISP technology to electronic design automation were researched.At the same time,the concete program of instance were reviewed.VHDL programing pattern exercising a great influence on composite quality were also reviewed.
