花岗石压制抛光磨具的研制

摘要 研制了一种花岗石抛光磨具,该磨具采用粉末酚醛树脂作结合剂和几种软磨料复配混合热压而成。讨论了影响花岗石光泽度和磨具磨削效率的各种影响因素,发现磨具体积密度控制在2.52×10^3kg/m^3左右,洛氏硬度值控制在45-48为宜。得到了较佳的工艺参数:磨具压制温度为160℃,压制压力为5 MPa,压制时间为15 min,酚醛树脂质量分数为11.5%时,抛光磨具性能最佳。 In this paper, the granite polishing abrasive tools are developed and manufactured by hot-pressing,in which powder phenolic resin is used as bond and a few soft materials are used as abrasives. Several influence factors on granite glossiness and grinding efficiency were researched. It is discovered that the volume density of abrasive tools should be controlled to about 2.52 × 10^3 kg/m^3. and the Rockwell hardness should be controlled to 45 - 48. The research results show that temperature 160 ℃, pressure 5 MPa,time 15 min are better technique parameters for abrasive tools. And when phenolic resin proportion is 11.5% ,the polishing tools have better performances.
