论体育教师师德建设与素质教育

Comment on the development of PE teachers'morality and quality oriented education

素质教育背景下,对体育教师的要求不仅仅是丰富的专业知识和娴熟的运动技术技能,而应当重视提高体育教师的思想政治素质,以及敬业爱岗、为人师表、关心学生、乐于奉献等职业道德素质。文章通过对体育教师师德的拓展研究,阐释了素质教育中体育教师师德的现状和重要功能,提出了素质教育条件下的体育教师师德建设策略。

The quality oriented education requires PE teachers not only master rich professional knowledge and skillful sports techniques but also stresses the improvement of the morality and the work ethic as professional dedication,being an examplary teacher,care for students,devotion etc.Though expanding the research of PE teachers morality,the article explains its current situation and the important function and puts forword the strateges of PE teachers moral development
