摘要
通过对CCD成像系统的噪声分析,从相关检测理论出发,提出制冷CCD成像系统噪声测量方法,该方法只需要对同一景物连续拍摄两帧图像就可快速计算出成像系统的噪声,可以实现对成像系统噪声的连续实时测量.测量结果表明:相关噪声测量方法可以克服或减小环境影响,测量过程简便易进行,有望成为光电成像系统,特别是制冷CCD成像系统噪声测量的有效方法.
Through the analysis of the CCD image system, a noise measurement method based on relative measurement theory is provided. This noise measurement method can compute the CCD image system noise continually at real time through the correlation value of two images taken at the same scene and same conditions. The result of the test was shown that the relative noise measurement method can get over or minish the environmental influences and the measuring process of the method is simple and easy to do so that it can become the important and available noise measurement approach especially for the cooling CCD image system.
