摘要
双螺杆挤压机的压力控制系统具有非线性和不确定性,不能用经典的线性反馈系统进行控制。利用模糊控制原理对直流电动机转速进行精确控制,有效克服非线性和不确定性等因素的影响,达到满意的控制效果。
The paper describes the design of the pressure control system of two-screw extruder . The pressure control system is characterized by non-linearities and uncertainties that cannot be handled by classical linear feedback. The reasonable application of fussy control can control the speed of DC motor accurately and overcome the effect of non-linearities,uncertainties and lag and also improve the impact of the control system.
