摘要
在微波辐射下,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂合成氯乙酸异辛酯。考察微波输出功率、反应时间、催化剂用量、酸醇的物质的量比等因素对反应的影响。通过实验得出合成氯乙酸异辛酯的最佳反应条件是:氯乙酸和异辛醇的物质的量比为1:2.0,催化剂用量为2.0g,微波输出功率为522W,反应时间为20min。在此反应条件下,氯乙酸的酯化率为97.6%。
Isooctyl chloroacetate was synthesized by chloroacetic acid and isooctyl alcohol with methyl benzenesufonat as catalysts under the irradiation of microwave. It was investigated that the effects of microwave irradiation power, reaction time, the amount of catalyst and molar ratio of acid-alcohol on the process. The optimum,operation conditions were obtained by experiment as follows: the mole ratio of chloroacetic acid and isooctyl alcohol 1 : 2.0 (mol/mol), the amountof catalyst 2.0 g, irradiation power 522 w, reaction time 20 min. Under above conditions, 97.6 % of chloroacetic acid was converted.
