摘要
每一个软件在启动时都有一个软件封面,用于显示应用程序名、作者名及版权等信息.软件封面问题的实质是使窗口保持在最上层,通过调用windows API函数来设计完成.
Every software have a cover in starting,to show the application program name author and copy rights information etc.The software problem is keeping the window in top,through call the windows API to design and complete it.
