多功能电离子治疗机治疗口腔科疾病170例疗效分析

Analysis on the Curative Effect of Multifunctional Electro-ionic Therapy Machine Treating 170 Cases of Oral Diseases

目的:多功能电离子治疗机治疗牙髓病、智齿冠周炎、舌系带矫正术、舌血管病、舌乳头状瘤、牙龈增生切除术,烧灼后创面形成焦痂即可达到止血的目的,又可起保护创面的作用,可防止术后感染.方法:电离子治疗机局麻下失活牙髓,用棉球蘸髓腔中已无血迹说明失活成功;治疗智齿冠周炎均为下颌及第三磨牙运中牙合面,将覆盖在智齿上的龈组织切除,牙根增生者化烧至正常牙龈组织面略深0.2 mm,舌系带过短、舌血管痛、舌乳头状瘤切除.结果:牙髓病观察一年以上复发2例,有效率94.9%,智齿冠周炎50例、20例舌系带矫正均痊愈.结论:电离子治疗机治疗牙髓病、智齿冠周炎、牙龈增生切除术、舌系矫正术、舌血管瘤、舌乳头状瘤切除术的治疗为一种新疗法.电离子治疗机热效扩张性较好,瞄准容易,切割准确,操作快,手术时间短,术野清楚,基本上无出血.

Objective：Multifunctional eletro-ionic therapy machine can not only stop bleeding by cauterizing surface of wound but also prevent infection during treating pulp disease,pericoronitis of wisdom tooth,deformity of lingual frenum,hemangioma of tongue,papilloma of tongue,and gingival hyperplasia.Methods：The machine inactivated dental pulp proved by dipping cotton ball into pulp cavity without blood stain.It cured pericoronitis of wisdom tooth by removing gum on wisdom tooth and gingival hyperplasia by cauterizing proliferative gum to the depth of 0.2 mm.Results：2 patients with pulp disease recurred after treatment for one year and the effective rate of the treatment was 94.9%.50 cases of pericoronitis of wisdom tooth and 2 cases of deformity of lingual frenum all returned to normal.Conclusion：This is a new therapy for all the above-mentioned diseases.It bears the merits of better expansibility of heat effect,easily taking aim,accurate dissection,manipulting quickly,shorter operation time,clear operative field and less bleeding.
