Study on Collecting Single Donor Blood Platelet with Type CS-3000plus Blood Cell Separator

CS-3000plus血细胞分离机采集单供体血小板,以10个单位血小板为标准与多供体血小板比较,白细胞与红细胞残存量降低一个数量级,临床输注24～48小时后检测二组血小板值,P<0.05,有显著性差异.提高疗效及临床输血的安全性,是临床血小板输注的发展方向.

We collected single donor blood platelet with Type CS-3000plus blood cell separator and compared the samples by the standard of per 10-unit platelets with those from multiple donor.It showed that residual WBC and RBC in the samples collected with this method reduced by an order of magnitude and the results of platelet count between two methods after infusion for 24～48 hours presented the significant difference（P〈0.05）.It is the tendency for clinical platelet transfusion to improve the curative effect and safety.
