本文研究了用电感耦合等离子体原子荧光光谱技术测定氧化钇中微量铕的最佳仪器操作条件;加入有机溶剂乙醇以抑制难熔氧化铕的形成;并用增强剂及表面活性剂改善雾化效率;采用标准加入法进行实际样品分析以克服基体影响。对三个稀土氧化物分析的结果与其他方法所提供的参考值有很好的一致性。在本工作中铕的检测限可达24ng/ml。过去常用原子发射光谱技术测定稀土氧化物中的其他痕量或微量稀土元素。但是由于稀土元素的物理。
The optimization of ICP-AFS operating conditions for europium determination in yttrium oxide samples are performed in the present work. A various organic solvents are investigated to prevent the europium refractory formation, 40% etheanol is selected in the present work. Several signal enhancing reagents and surface activity reagents are applied to improve both atomization and nebulization efficiencies. The standard addition technique is used to compensate the matrix effect for europium determination. The experimental results of europium in three yttrium oxide samples agree well with that obtained with other techniques. The best detection limits of europium is 24 ng/ml.
