自体脂肪注射修复体表凹陷畸形

The soft tissue augmentation of concave body surface by sucked fat reimplantation

目的采用自体颗粒脂肪抽吸与注射,探讨修复体表凹陷畸形的一种简便、安全有效方法。方法选择17例体表局部凹陷畸形患者,供区肿胀麻醉后以专用抽吸针低负压抽吸脂肪颗粒,清洗后将其注入凹陷部位。结果随访6个月～3年,凹陷畸形修复满意,无感染或其他并发症病例。结论自体颗粒脂肪注射可安全有效地用于体表凹陷畸形的修复。

Objective To sdudy an effective, safe and simple technique for soft tissue augmentation of concave body surface by sucked fat reimplantation. Methods After oncotic anesthesia with lidocaine-epinephrine-normal saline in the supplied area,the grains of fat were sucked with a 20- or 15-ml syringe,which were washed and reimplanted into the concave area in 17 cases. Results The outcomes of 6 months to 3 years follow up showed that the augmentation of concave body surface by sucked fat reimplantation was all satisfactory without infection or other complications. Conclusion Soft tissue augmentation of concave body surface by sucked fat reimplantation is an effective, safe and simple technique.
