摘要
目的观察嗜肺军团菌感染BALB/C小鼠后血清白介素12(IL-12)水平和巨噬细胞功能的变化,探讨嗜肺军团菌感染后对机体免疫功能的影响。方法BALB/C小鼠腹腔注射嗜肺军团菌菌液0.2ml,菌液浓度为1×106/ml,利用标准试剂盒酶联免疫吸附检验(ELISA)和巨噬细胞吞噬实验观察血清IL-12水平和巨噬细胞吞噬功能的变化。结果嗜肺军团菌感染前小鼠血清IL-12为(19.61±3.57)μg/ml,感染1周后为(15.35±2.87)μg/ml(P<0.01);感染前腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能为58.63±9.37,感染1周后为32.51±6.96(P<0.01);感染4周后,血清IL-12水平和巨噬细胞吞噬功能与感染前无显著性差异。结论嗜肺军团菌感染1周后机体免疫功能明显下降,4周后免疫功能基本恢复到正常水平。
Objective To study the changes of serum level of interleukin-12(IL-12) and the killing function of macrophages after legionella pneurnophia infection in BALB/C mice and explore effect of legionella pneumophila infection on immunity. Methods Serum IL-12 and macrophage function were examined with ELISA and macrophage killing tests, respectively. Results IL-12 level in serum was decreased significantly from (19.61±3.57) μg/ml before infection to (15.35±2.87) μg/ml one week after infection(P〈0. 01). So did the killing function of macrophage from mouse abdominal cavity(58.63±9.37 vs. 32.51±6.96) (P〈0.01). IL-12 level and macrophage function were not significantly different between those before and 4 weeks after infection. Conclusion Immunity is markedly decreased one week after legionella pneumophilia infection, which is recovered to normal level 4 weeks after infection.
