脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)是桑树中含量较高的一种多羟基哌啶生物碱,具有降血糖、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等生物活性,应用前景广阔。本文从DNJ的提取方法、活性研究和应用方面综述了其研究进展。

1 -deoxynojirimycin （DNJ） ,one of the polyhydroxylated piperidines alkaloids in mulberry , can exhibit antidiabefic, anfiviral and anticancer effects. So it has entensive practical prospect. The methods of the extraction and examination of the bioaetivity , and the application were summarized in this paper.
