利用相分离制备透明超疏水纳米二氧化硅薄膜 被引量:7

Preparation of transparent and super-hydrophobic nanometer silica films by phase separation

摘要 以氨水为催化剂配制碱溶胶(Sol A),以盐酸为催化剂配制酸溶胶(Sol B),在酸、碱混合溶胶中添加聚丙烯酸(PAA)引发相分离,制备出高粗糙度的"沟-小山"形貌的透明薄膜,随后经过三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)修饰,表面接触角达到151°,具有超疏水性能。 The transparent and high-roughness channel-hill-like silica-based thin films are prepared by phase separation of acid and alkali sol using polypropylene (PPA) as initiator. The alkali sol is prepared using ammonia as catalyst and the acid sol is prepared using hydrochloric acid as catalyst. Then the prepared films are modified by trimethyl chlorosilane (TMCS), so that its surface contact angle reaches 151^o and the super-hydrophobic films are obtained.
