摘要
通过选取合适的热力学模型,对乙酸乙酯提浓塔的操作进行模拟,与实际操作数据相比,误差在5%以内。对提浓塔的理论塔板数、回流量和进料位置等参数进行分析,得到了最优化的设计参数。
The simulation of the ethyl acetate concentration column with proper thermodynamic model is accurate enough to predict the column performance with error of less than 5 %. The main design parameters, such as NTS, reflux ratio and feed location are analyzed in detail to get the optimized design of the ethyl acetate concentration column.
