摘要
主要介绍了微滤技术运行原理、应用范围、技术特点等,并以淹没式膜连续微滤装置对城市污水处理厂二沉池出水处理回用的可行性进行了应用试验.在试验中分别研究了运行压力和反冲间隔时间与膜通量关系,对处理后的出水COD、TP、TN以及细菌和悬浮物等杂质的影响.该装置在运行压力为19-85 kPa,反冲洗间隔为25 min的条件下连续运行.细菌和悬浮物等杂质的去除效果非常明显,净化后的水清澈透明,浊度近于零.另外该装置自动化程度高、成本低、操作简单,用于污水回用具有较高技术和经济可行性.
The operation principle, application range, technique characteristic of microfiltration was introduced. And it also introduces the pilot study about the feasibility that the submerged continuous microfiltration treats and recovers the effluent from the secondary sedimentation pond of the municipal sewage plant. The results showed that the optimal press is 19-65 kPa and the optimal interval of backwash is 25 min. The removal of bacterium and suspended solid is evident. This device has several advantages, such as high automatic control, low operating costs and simple operation.
