New advancement of the development and application of metallic membranes

摘要 通过对金属膜研究背景和研究现状进行了较深入的分析,指出目前金属膜研究的热点问题是多孔金属膜(如烧结不锈钢)和致密钯及其合金膜的应用研究是;阐述了钯基金属膜在开发应用方面存在的问题、解决办法以及发展趋势;详细介绍了多孔金属膜和致密钯基复合膜在膜反应器、氢分离器等方面的重要应用;展示了金属膜对于加氢、脱氢、部分氧化等重要反应,以及生产高纯、超高纯氢气等方面的广阔应用前景. Based on an analysis of the research background and status quo for the metallic membranes, points out that the development and application of metallic membranes, such as porous stainless steel and/or dense Pd/alloy membranes, has become a hot subject. The reasons causes of inhibiting from utilizing metallic membranes on a large scale was discussed, the solutions to solve the problems, and forecasted the developing trend of metal membranes in the future was predicted. Furthermore, the important use for porous metal and dense Pd/alloy composite membranes was described, such as the membrane reactors and hydrogen purifying train, which have shown an excellent applied prospect in hydrogenation, dehydrogenation, partial oxidation reactions and the production of high or ultra- purified hydrogen.
