论池州市城市化过程中的耕地保护问题

On Protection of Cultivated Land while in Urbanization of Chizhou City

随着城市化进程不断加快,我国有限的土地资源与无限的土地需求之间矛盾日益尖锐。土地问题,尤其是耕地问题,已经不仅是一个经济问题,也是整个社会关注的重大政治问题,也必将影响到国民经济的可持续发展和社会的稳定。作为人口众多的大国,我们必须采取各种措施,加强耕地保护,保证土地可持续利用,保持和提高土地生产力。安徽省池州市在城市化进程中以生态村综合建设为主,在实现农村城市化水平极大提高的同时,通过综合开发、整理、复垦土地实现了耕地数量动态平衡。

With the constant quickening of the process of urbanization of our country,the limitation of land resource and the unlimited needs of land are sharply contradicted day by day.Land question,especially cultivated land question have already been not only an economic question, but also important political issue and social concern too, influence the sustainable development of national economy and the society directly.As a heavely populated big country, we must take various kinds of measures to strengthen the cultivated land protection, guarantee that the land can be continued utilizing rationally forever, keep and improve the land productivity. This text has studied the situation of cultivated land protection and countermeasure taken in the urbanization process of Chizhou. What＇s more, this text has set up two modes, ＂taking comprehensive construction of ecological village as the core, while realizing the level of urbanization of villages to improve greatly, ensure land remarkable increase＂ and ＂in order to develop, put in order, reclaim land not to realize cultivated land quantity dynamic equilibrium synthetically＂.
