摘要
人力资源管理的根本目的就是通过使用人才的艺术去达到最大的效益。对民办高校而言,高素质的人力资源是构筑核心竞争力与可持续发展的第一要素。应用和谐管理理论来建立有利于科学决策的管理方式,推动民办高校进行有效的人力资源开发,才能更好地实现高校的战略目标与各方的"共赢"。
The basic intention of human resource management is to get the most benefits from the usage of persons with ability. According to private college, the high - level human resource is the primary factor to establish the kernel competition and sustainable development. With the harmonious management theory which is applied to arrive to scientific decisions, the efficient exploitation of human resources would do better to college' s strategy objectives and realize multi- wins.
