"但书",是指立法表述中以"但是"、"但"作为转折连词,用以表例外的条件或行为的前提的句法模式。在中文法律文本中,"但书"以"但是"、"但"作为转折连词。在英文法律文本中,也有一些固定的词或短语引导但书条款。
“Proviso” is a syntactic mode used in legislative statements marked with linking words like “但是” and “但” to show exceptional condition or behavioral precondition. In Chinese legal texts, “proviso” use “但是” and “但” as linking words.And in English legal texts there are also some fixed words or phrases used to lead proviso clauses.
