摘要
讨论了EMS系统中全网电压无功集中闭环优化模块的实施方案,并对网络拓扑、状态估计、调度员潮流、最优化潮流、电能质量在线监测、主变压器优化运行、消弧线圈优化运行、短期负荷预测、网损计算以及基于PBS(电量计费系统)中的谐波电量计量系统和防窃电功能等模块的开发思路和关键问题进行了分析。
Discusses the implementing schemes of the whole power grid voltage reactive power focus on closedloop optimization module in Energy Management System (EMS), analyzes the function module developing ideas and key problems of the network topology, the state estimation, the dispatcher power flow, the optimum power flow, the power quality on-line monitoring, the optimal operation of the main transformer, the optimal operation of are extinction winding, the short-term load forecast, the network power loss calculation, the harmonic wave electric quantity metering system based on the Power Bill System (PBS) and anti-stealing power.
