摘要
根据危机干预的特征与步骤,结合电话咨询的优点,分析了电话咨询在危机干预中的应用,探讨了在危机干预操作中各阶段的注意事宜,包括前期准备、正式过程中的应对策略及其它问题的应对。
According to characteristics and steps of crisis intervention, this paper combines the advantages of telephone consultation to analyze the application of telephone consultation into crisis intervention, and discusses what we should notice in real operation, which including preparations at the earlier stage, countermeasures in the formal course and other problems which is replied.
