摘要
目的探讨紫河车及其代用品改善学习记忆的药理作用。方法用小鼠跳台法被动回避反应实验,观察东莨菪碱致小鼠信息获得不良的影响及亚硝酸钠致小鼠记忆巩固损伤的影响。结果紫河车及其代用品高、中剂量组的小鼠跳台平台停留潜伏期(step-down latency,SDL)较模型组显著延长,跳台错误次数显著减少,并呈现明显的量效关系。结论猪、牛、羊胎盘在改善记忆方面可初步考虑作紫河车的代用品。
Objective To study the effects of Placenta Hominis and its substitutes on learning and memory ability in mice. Methods The step-down test was adopted to study the impairment status of memory acquisition induced by scopolamine and memory consolidation induced by NaNO2 in mice. Results Compared with model group, Placenta Hominis and its substitutes dose-dependently prolonged step-down latency (SDL), reduced significantly the number of errors of mice in medium and high dosage groups. Conclusion The placentas of pig, cattle and goat can be considered as the substitutes of Placenta Hominis for improving the learning and memory ability.
