目的研究右旋糖酐40对注射用阿昔洛韦检验的影响。方法进行鉴别实验和含量测定。结果右旋糖酐40对注射用阿昔洛韦鉴别有影响,但通过改良可解决;对含量测定无影响。结论右旋糖酐40对注射用阿昔洛韦检验有一定的影响,通过改良方法可以解决。

Objective To study the influence of dextran 40 on the analysis of acyclovir for injection. Methods The identification and determination of acyclovir for injection containing dextran 40 were performed. Results Dextran 40 had an effect on the identification of acyclovir for injection, but this effect could be eliminated with the analysis method to be improved. Dextran 40 had no effect on the determination of acyclovir for injection. Conclusion The improved analysis method can be used for the identification of acyclovir for injection.
