摘要 目的建立鼻炎滴剂的TLC定性和HPLC定量分析方法。方法用TLC法鉴别鼻炎滴剂中的金银花与盐酸麻黄碱;用HPLC法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果TLC斑点能明显地鉴别金银花与盐酸麻黄碱;HPLC法测定黄芩苷的含量,线性范围是8~48μg/mL,平均回收率为99.90%,RSD为1.69%。结论建立的分析方法能准确、快速地进行定性、定量检测,可用于此制剂的内在质量控制。 Objective To respectively set up HPLC and TLC methods for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Biyan drops. Methods Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and ephedrine hydrochloride from Biyan drops were identified by TLC. The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. Results Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and ephedrine hydrochloride can be detected dramatically by TLC. The linear range of baicalin was 8-48μg/mL and the average recovery rate was 99.90% with RSD of 1.69%. Conclusion The analytical methods are rapid and accurate for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Biyan drops and they can be used for the internal control of this preparation.
