汽车燃油滤清器滤纸增强用滤芯胶的研究

Study on the filter adhesive used to strengthen the automotive fuel oil filter paper

采用具有较强抗水性的苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)等单体对传统聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)乳液进行共聚改性,并在共聚体系中引入双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)功能单体,制备出可通过外加己二酸二酰肼(ADH)交联的外交联醋丙共聚乳液,以期提高燃油滤纸的耐水、耐油性和干湿态的力学性能。主要探讨了乳化剂配比及用量、引发剂用量和交联剂等因素对乳液及滤纸性能的影响,实验结果表明,合成出的醋丙交联型滤芯胶对于汽车燃油滤清器滤纸具有显著的增强作用。

In this paper,the monomers including St and BA with strong waterproof property were employed to modify the traditional PVAc emulsion,and meanwhile draw into DAAM functional monomer in the copolymer system,will prepare out cross linking copolymer emulsion for ADH to improve the waterproof ,oilproof and dry wet mechanical property of fuel oil filter paper. The effects of the emulsifier content, initiator content, cross linking agent on the properties of emulsion and filter paper were also discussed in the paper. The result indicates that the filter adhesive modified PVAc emulsion we have synthesized has strong effect on the automobile fuel oil paper.
