摘要
目的:分析Y-形钢板治疗移位的跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法:手术治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折患者42例共50足,采用外侧切口切开复位、植骨加Y钢板内固定。术后定期随访,采用Maryland评分标准对术后功能进行评价,了解疗效。结果:所有42例(50足)全部得到随访,术后功能优22足,良25足,中3足,优良率94%。结论:Y-形钢板形状和跟骨一致,支撑效果理想,对于移位的跟骨骨折采用切开复位、植骨加Y-形钢板内固定治疗的疗效良好,值得推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the treatment methods and effects of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures with Y- plate. Methods：With bone graft and Y-plate, open reduction and internal fixation treatment of all 42 calaneal fracture patients （50 feet） was performed through lateral approach. The patients were evaluated according to the Maryland Foot Score. Results： All the 42 patients（50 feet） were followed up. The excellent was 22, fine 25 and fare 3, and the total excellent and fine rate was 94%. Conclusion：The contour of Y-shape plate is similar to the calcaneus and the supporting effect of the Y-plate is good, so the treatment effect of the displaced intra articular calcaneal fractures is good. All these are worthy of popularization.
