摘要
目的:探讨caveolin-1在肾细胞癌中的表达及其与病理学分期、肿瘤细胞分级的关系。方法:采用免疫组化EnVision法检测41例肾细胞癌标本中caveolin-1的表达,分析表达情况与病理学分期、肿瘤细胞分级的关系。结果:caveolin-1表达阳性率为41.5%,与病理学分期、肿瘤细胞分级呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:caveolin-1过度表达可能在肿瘤的生长、分化中发挥重要作用。
Objective：We evaluated caveolin-1 expression in renal cell carcinoma and investigated its association with pathological features. Methods：Expression of Caveolin-1 was evaluated by immunohistochemistry in 41paraffin embedded renal cell carcinoma specimens. Associations between caveolin-1 expression and pathological stage, tumor grade were analyzed. Results： Among 41 tumors, 17（41.5%） were considered caveolin-1 positive. Significant associations between caveolin-1 expression and pathological stage, tumor grade were also found（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Caveolin-l over expression might play an important role in growth and differentiation of renal cell carcinoma.
