摘要
目的:检测神经纤雏瘤蛋白(NF1)mRNAⅠ型和Ⅱ型在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌组织中的表达。方法:RT-PCR检测神经纤维瘤蛋白mRNAⅠ型和Ⅱ型在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌组织中的表达。结果:膀胱移行上皮细胞癌组织和癌旁正常组织中均有NF1 mRNAⅠ型和Ⅱ型的表达,癌旁正常组织中Ⅰ型表达水平为0.85±0.17,癌组织为0.16±0.05,两者有显著差异(P<0.01)。随着肿瘤病理分级、临床分期的增高,NF1 mRNA表达水平未见降低,各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。而Ⅱ型的表达无显著差异。结论:NF1基因表达降低表明神经纤维瘤蛋白与膀胱移行细胞癌的发生有相关性,提示NF1基因的表达对膀胱移行细胞癌发生和发展起重要的作用。
Objective: To detect the expression of neurofibromin in urinary transitional cell carcinomas (TCC). Methods: RT-PCR was performed to detect type Ⅰ and Ⅱ neurofibromin mRNA in urinary transitional cell carcinomas. Results: Type Ⅰ NF1 mRNA expression level in normal bladder tissues ( 0.85 ±0. 17) was significantly higher than that in TCC tissues ( 0. 16 ± 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01). With the increasing of pathological grades and clinical stages, the expression of NF1 mRNA was not decreased. Conclusion:The reduction of NF1 gene expression is associated with TCC. The express of NF1 gene might play an important role in the process of TCC.
