水解马来酸酐-聚环氧琥珀酸复合阻垢剂阻CaCO_3垢性能的评定 被引量:6

摘要 考察该混合阻垢剂的加入量、浓缩温度、浓缩时间三个因素对阻垢率的影响。结果表明,该阻垢剂对碳酸钙垢有较好的阻垢性能。通过实验得出以下结论:其阻垢率随着阻垢剂加入量的增加而增加,并在加入量一定量后,阻垢率趋于平缓;混合阻垢剂的阻垢效率随着浓缩温度的提高而降低;随着浓缩时间的延长,混合阻垢剂的阻垢效率逐渐降低,降低的趋势越来越小。 The mixed inhibitor for resistance of calcium carbonate scale experiment with the considering three factors has been examined : amount of scale inhibitors ; temperature of concentration ; time of concentration. The results show that the mixed inhibitor of hydrolysis of poly maleic anhydride and polyepoxysuccinic acid for scale inhibitive performance of CaCO3 scale has better performance. The conclusion can be obtained through experiments: its anti -scale rate rises with the increasing scale inhibitors, and after a certain amount, anti - scale rate tends to steady. With enrichment temperature increasing, the efficiency of mixed inhibitor will be lower. With the extension of concentration time , the efficiency of mixed scale inhibitor will be gradually lower, too. And this trend of reducing will be slower.
