王场油田改注污水后腐蚀结垢分析

Corrosion and scaling analysis in the process of sewage injection of Wanchang Oil Field

王场油田部分区块以注清水为主,而清水对注入系统及地层的损害较大。通过清水和污水的腐蚀、结垢试验,分析了清水和污水的腐蚀结垢原因,并对改注污水后的腐蚀结垢问题提出对策,使改注污水能顺利注入地层。

The part block of wangchang oilfield mainly depend on inject rinsing, but it have a grave damage to the injection system and formation. By corrosion and scaling test of rinsing .and sewage, to analyse the corrosion and scaling reason of rinsing and sewage, and to give a suggestion to the problem of corrosion and scaling in sewage injection, to make the sewage inject to formation smoothly.
