MPA教育在中国的蓬勃发展,不仅使我们找到了一条培养适应时代要求的公共管理人才的有效途径,也为提升民族地区干部的素质与能力构筑了一个新的平台。作为全国民族院校中唯一具有MPA办学资格的院校,中央民族大学立应足于民族地区经济社会发展需要,突出民族特点,整合培训资源,在招生对象、培养方向、课程设置等方面努力探索,形成自己的特色,着力打造中国民族干部教育培训的品牌,努力为民族地区人才的培养做出自己应有的贡献。

MPA education in China is developing vigorously. It is not only an effective way to train public management talents to meet the needs of time but also a new platform for improving the quality of cadres of ethnic regions. As the only one university to offer MPA courses among universities of nationalities in China, CUN, based on the needs of economic development of ethnic regions, has attached importance to ethnic characteristics, integrated training resources and is making great efforts to form its own characteristics in enrollment, specialty and curriculum, improve the quality of training ethnic carders and make contributions to the training of talents for ethnic regions.
