当代中国教师标准问题之研究

A Study on Teacher′s Standard of Contemporary China

研究教师标准问题的认识基点是:我国应构建教师标准;教师标准存在且适用于所有教师;我国目前尚无教师标准。教师标准构建应把握四个原则,即:必须体现国家意志和执政党意志;必须具有普遍适用性;必须符合社会、学校、家长、学生、教师自身多层面的认同;必须允许不同主体在认同教师标准的前提下进行必要的诠释。当代中国教师标准的内涵表现为特定语境下的专业者、学习者、研究者和服务者。

The study on teacher＇s standard should begin from the following steps： first, we must construct the standard; second, the standard exists indeed and should be acceptable for all teachers; third, there is no standard on teachers in China. The construction of teacher＇s standard should follow four principles： to embody government＇s wills; to be applicable generally; to be identified by the society, schools, parents, students and teachers collectively; to allow different interpretations about this standard from different people. The connotations of teacher＇s standard can be incarnated from the specialists, learners, researchers and servers.
