摘要
社会教育的师资培养与学校教育相比,有许多自身的特点。民国时期社会教育师资培养主要采用设立学制体系内的学校教育和开办短期培训班两种方式,具有培养方式和途径的多样化、生源地域化、注重课程设置专业性和师范性以及师资培养全面性等明显特征。探寻民国时期社会教育师资的培养方式及其特征,不仅有助于深入了解社会教育发展的历史,也可以为今天成人教育、社会教育师资培养提供有益的思考。
Comparing with school education, teacher education model of social education has its own characteristics. In the time of the Republic of China, teacher education model of social education mainly adopted to establish school education in educational system and set up short -term training class. It has many obvious characteristics, such as the diversification of educational model and way, localization of student teachers, professionalization of curriculum, and comprehensiveness of teacher education and so on. The inquiring about Teacher education model of social education in the time of Republic of China and its characteristics not only can help us to understand the history of social education thoroughly, but also may provide beneficial ponder for teacher education of social education and adult education today.
