摘要
目的:探讨老年人多种性激素活性变化与认知功能障碍的关系。方法:采用简易智能量表(MMSE)对369例60岁以上入选样本进行认知功能检查,并分为认知功能正常组与认知功能障碍组,每组按性别又分为男、女2个亚组,采用放免法测各组患者血清泌乳素、雌二醇、睾酮、孕酮。结果:同性别认知功能障碍组的泌乳素、雌二醇、睾酮水平较认知功能正常组低。结论:认知功能障碍可能与多种性激素活性下降相关,而非单一因素所致。
Aim： To explore the relationship between the serum sex hormones and cognitive impairment in eider people. Methods ：The cognitive function of 369 recruited residents aged ≥ 60 years were tested with Mini Mental State Examination（ MMSE）. The samples were divided into two groups based on MMSE scores： the normal cognitive group and the impaired cognitive group. The serum sex hormones such as prolactin, estradiol, testosterone, and progesterone were measured with radiolmmunoassay. Results： In the same sex,the levels of serum prolactin,estradiol, and testosterone in the impaired cognitive group were significantly lower than those in the normal cognitive group. Conclusion： The cognitive impairment may be associated with the decline of several sex hormones.
