The development viewpoint in different epochs offered different theoretic foundation and practical requirements. The article analyzes the evolvement of the transformation of development viewpoint in China, and discusses about their effects to the economic growth pattern at that times. At last the article draws a conclusion that scientific development viewpoint has important theoretic and practical meaning to the transformation of economic growth pattern.
