法律信仰是一个国家实现法治的精神支柱。当前,我国法律信仰的缺失已成为国家法制建设的主要障碍之一。我国法律信仰培植需形成具有中国特色的法律信仰,以传统文化中的优秀道德精神为底蕴,注重民众的法律意识和法治观念的培育,维护法律的公信力。

Law belief is the spirit support of realizing a nation rule by law. However, at present, the lack of the public law belief has become one of main obstacles in legal construction in our country. In order to cultivate law belief with Chinese characteristics, we should take excellent moral spirits in our traditional cultures as a base, emphasize the cultivation of law awareness and legal concept for common people and maintain law credibility.
