QUALITY EVALUATION OF ADHESIVE COATING ON SPACE SOLAR CELLS BASED ON IMAGE PROCESSING

摘要 针对太阳基板的自动布贴工艺中太阳电池串的滴胶质量控制问题,提出了采用图象处理技术评估电池串滴胶质量的检测方法,通过对电池片的滴胶面积比、滴胶质心、滴胶形状复杂度的计算,给出了判断滴胶合格与否的量化指标。该方法对提高空间太阳电池串的滴胶质量,降低空间太阳基板表面贴装过程的电池串损耗具有重要的实际价值,实验进一步证明了该方法的有效性。 A new method based on image processing to evaluate the quality of adhesive coating on space solar cells was presented in the paper, aiming at controlling the quality of space solar panel manufacture. By calculating the ratio of coating area, the centroid and the complex degree of the area, some conditions were given to judge whether the adhesive coating was eligible or not. Moreover, the method was valuable in improving the quality of the adhesive coating to space solar cells and reducing the loss of solar cells. In addition, its validity was proved by experiments.
