带内遮热板真空集热管的研究 被引量:10

摘要 为降低全玻璃真空集热管在较高温度工作时的辐射传热热损,提出两种带内遮板的真空集热管管型,对其传热过程进行分析,计算各管型的辐射热损。讨论真空管各项性能参数对其热性能的影响,结果表明带内遮板的真空集热管在较高温度工作时具有十分优越的性能。 In order to reduce the radiation heat loss during heat transfer in a fairly high temperature, two types of evacuat ed collector tubes with inner radiation shield were hereby put forward. Analysis on the heat transfer process and calculation of the radiation heat loss of each type were described. The influence each parameter of evacuated tube on the heat performance was discussed. The result reveals that evacuated collector tubes with inner radiation shield possess higher performance in a fairly high temperature operation.
