摘要
用聚乙二醇和甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TD I)为原料合成了端基为羟基的聚氨酯低聚物,并用其改性环氧树脂。研究了聚氨酯含量、不同原料配比、不同分子量的聚乙二醇对环氧树脂的力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加了12%端羟基聚氨酯低聚物的环氧树脂比未改性的环氧树脂的拉伸强度和冲击强度分别提高了126%和192%,对环氧树脂有良好的增韧、增强效果。并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了冲击断面的形貌。
Hydroxyl-terminated polyurethane has been synthesized with polyethylene glycol and toluene diisoeyanates,whieh was used to modify the epoxy resin. The mechanical properties of the epoxy resin were studied with different materials ratio and different molecular weight. The results show that the tensile strength and the impact strength of modified epoxy resin with 12% hydroxyl-terminated polyurethane has increased 126% and 192% compared to unmodified epoxy resin. And research the impact section's morphology with SEM.
