摘要 以烯丙醇和草酰氯为原料,合成医药法罗培南的重要中间体烯丙氧基单草酰氯,用正交实验研究了反应物料摩尔配比、反应温度、反应时间对产品收率的影响。结果表明,合成烯丙氧基单草酰氯的最佳工艺条件为:烯丙醇与草酰氯的摩尔比为1∶1.05,反应温度40℃,反应时间60 m in。在上述条件下,反应收率达到84.0%,产品含量99.6%。 Acrylicoxomonooxalyl chloride is an important intermediate of medicine faropenem, which is synthesized by allyl alcohol and oxalyl chloride as raw materials. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, and molar ratio of reactant on acrylicoxomonooxalyl chloride was studied. The optimum process are as follows : molar ratio of reactant 1 : 1.05, reaction temperature 40 ℃ and reaction time 60 min, the yield of 84.0% and purity of 99.6%.
