摘要
本文用节杆菌P-1和红球菌J-5处理含聚乙烯醇(PVA)的废水,分别考察了PVA浓度、HRT(水力停留时间)、温度等对PVA去除效果的影响。结果表明,节杆菌P-1对低浓度PVA废水的处理效果分别比红球菌J-5、活性污泥高10%、40%,出水可达到排放标准;P-1和J-5的最适HRT分别为12、18h,最适温度均为25~30℃。同时还考察了连续流小试试验效果和高浓度PVA废水的处理工艺,结果显示,节杆菌P-1运行稳定性好,出水能够稳定达标排放;高浓度废水经J-5菌处理12h后用P-1菌处理12h,出水能达标排放。
The polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) wastewater was treated by A rthrobacter sp.P-1 and Rodococcus sp.J-S. The effect of PVA concentration, HRT, temperature etc. on PVA removal were investigated respectively. The results showed that the treating efficiency of PVC wastewater at low concentration by Arthrobacter sp.P-1 is higher than these by Rodococcus sp.J-5 and activated sludge by 10% and 40% respectively ; the effluent could reach the discharging standard ; the most suitable HRT of P-1 and J-5 arc 12 and 18h respectively and the most suitable temperature, both arc 25-30℃ .Meanwhile, the experimental effect of continuous flow test and the technological process for treating high strength PVA wastcwatcr wcrc investigated .It was showed that P-1 had stable operational performance and the cffiucnt could reach discharging standard; through treated by J-5 bacteria for 12h, followed by P-1 bacteria for 12h, the treating effect of the high strength wastcwatcr was bcttlcr, and the cffiucnt could reach the discharging standard.
