我国外商直接投资(FDI)技术溢出效应时滞的探讨

The Approach on the Technology Spillover Effect's Time Lag of FDI in Our Country

近几十年来,随着发展中国家对外开放程度的提高和开放速度的加快,各国吸引FDI的目的已经从引进国际资本、补充本国建设资金为主转向把FDI看成获取先进的科学与管理技术的渠道。FDI技术溢出效应越来越多的受到世界各国的普遍关注。当前关于FDI技术溢出效应实证研究中,忽略了FDI技术溢出效应时滞.本文运用格兰杰因果检验测算了FDI技术溢出效应的时滞并作了解释,从而为广大学者和政策决策者提供借鉴,以促进中国改革战略的调整和深化。

The developing countries have changed the aim of absorbing FDI in the few decades as they enhanced the opening level and accelerated the opening speed. They think that FDI is the chanel to acquire the advanced management and technology, not just international capital. The technology spillover effect（TSE） of FDI has aroused increasing attention from the various countries. The time lag was neglect in the current positive research on TSE of FDI. The TSEs time lag has been estimatied with the method of Granger Causality Test in this paper. The caculated result has been explained to provide the scholars and policy decision-makers＇ some advice for promoting adjustment and deepening of our country＇s reform strategy.
