维生素C对蛋鸡新城疫免疫性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 试验将60只体重相近的49日龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为A、B、C、D、E5组,每组4个重复,每个重复3只。B、C、D、E4组颈部皮下注射新城疫Ι系疫苗进行免疫,分别在B、C、D、E组日粮中添加0、200、400、800mg/kg的维生素C,分四周测血清中的HI效价及脾脏、胸腺、法氏囊等脏器指数。结果表明:添加维生素C可提高HI效价,对新城疫疫苗免疫效果有促进作用,其中400mg/kg的维生素C效果较好;C、D、E组的脾脏、胸腺、法氏囊等脏器指数均高于B组,说明添加维生素C能促进脾脏、胸腺、法氏囊等免疫器官生长发育,进而影响细胞免疫和体液免疫。 60 forty-nine-day-old hailanhe hens were randomly allocated to five treatments with 12 broilers for each treatment, every treatment had replicates (3 chicks per cage). The A treatment was a blank comparetion,the B,C,D,E treatment were injected with Newcastle Disease's bacterin in the under of the cervix. The basic diet with vitaminC levels of 200,400,800 mg/kg were fed to the C,D,E treatment,measured the serum HI and the spleen ,thymus, brusal's organs indexs once a week.The result showed that when the experimental diets were fed,the ND bacterin's immunity effect was improved,and the treatment of being fed with 400 mg/kg vitaminC was better than another two.The organs indexs of spleen,thymus,brusal,of the C,D,E treatment were higher than the B treatment,showed that increasing the vitaminC can lead the develop growth of the spleem,thymus, brusal,furthermore effected the cell immunity and body fluid function.
